Read the Quran in 10 days

Three juz a day finishes the Quran in 10 days — about 60 pages, or 624 verses, a day in the 604-page mushaf. Each row below gives the day's first and last verse.

The schedule

Pages are those of the standard 604-page Madinah mushaf. Where a day starts partway down a page, that page is counted in both days. Each verse links to its place in the text.

Over the five daily prayers that is about 12 pages after each, or a little over half a juz.

Common questions

How many pages a day to finish the Quran in 10 days?

About 60: 604 pages ÷ 10 is 60.4. Reading three juz a day, as in the schedule here, gives between 60 and 63 pages a day.

How many juz a day is that?

Three. The Quran has 30 juz, so three a day finishes in ten days, and the days start and end on the same boundaries as the juz in any printed mushaf.

How many verses a day?

624 on average, though the number moves a lot from day to day because verse length varies: the last day, juz 28 to 30, has far more verses than the first.
